Have you forgotten your password?

If you are an Assistant, your manager can reset your password for you using the Manage Administrators and Assistants service, this takes only a few minutes.

To reset your password click here.

You will need:

  • your User ID
  • your email address
  • your company's Membership Number and Confirmation Number

The Membership Number and Confirmation Number can be found on the letters first sent to your company inviting them to register with this site.

If you do not know your Membership and Confirmation numbers please email with the following details:

  • Company name and address
  • Operator Licence Number or Pre-Funded Account number
  • Email must come from user requesting assistance with their password
