What must I do if my employer is encouraging drivers to breach the rules?
You should contact the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) on 0300 123 9000, who are responsible for enforcing the drivers' hours and tachograph rules. All information/evidence that you impart will be treated confidentially.

Can my employer be prosecuted for coercing drivers to abuse the rules?
The EU rules make transport undertakings liable for any infringements committed by their drivers, however, transport undertakings will not be held responsible for these offences if they can show that at the time of the infringement the driver’s work was being organised in full consideration of the rules.
