Notices and Proceedings
The Traffic Commissioner publishes a notice of all PSV Operator Licence applications in a fortnightly publication, ‘Notices and Proceedings’. The police and local authorities have a statutory right to object to any application if they can prove that you do not satisfy legal requirements. N&P Eastern Traffic Area
