Corporate Reports
Each year the driver, vehicle and operator agencies publish a Business Plan for the coming year listing all of the aims and projects they hope to achieve. The following year an Annual Reports and Accounts are issued and laid in Parliament every year, and reports against the business plan aims and objectives. The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency also produce an Effectiveness Report which compliments the Annual Report, detailing all scheme figures for the year, with a breakdown on achievement of the agencies aims.
