Aims and Objectives
- To make easier the interactions of commercial customers with the driver, vehicle and operator agencies
- To support the delivery of the driver, vehicle and operator agencies One Stop Service Initiative
- To reduce the duplication of effort in providing services by agencies
- To provide the capacity to allow the driver, vehicle and operator agencies to meet the e-Government directive to offer driver, vehicle and operator agencies services on-line by the end of 2005
- To provide the capability to allow commercial customers to access self service facilities when dealing with driver, vehicle and operator agencies
